Ted, Its amazing that you can not see what an arrogance it is to suggest we are made in the image of a superior being. So we're no different than chimpanzees? We're just "highly-evolved" animals in your mind? Whatever happened to "I think, therefore I am"? Yes, I believe we're highly evolved animals that can think and has an ego. Do you really think a being capable of creating a universe would be a frail and easily sickened organism that lives only roughly 80-100 years? Seriously........you imagined God to be a human being? In my church, God is never depicted. I thought that was because we didn't know what he looked like. I am curious as to your answer.
