US troops would stay until such time that Iraqi's are strong enough Who judges that, Bush? Iraqi government is starting to make plans for the day they are strong enough to take over full defense of their country Says who/ If it is safe then why is it that US troops are dying on an average of 2 per day. You call that an improved situation of law and order?
