Yes...but they claim that Bush told the truth...because he didn't "know" that he was lying at the time.

Well he knew. He just planned the lies...and the alibis. He mined the intelligence for the tidbits that he wanted to present, and sometimes he mined deep. Curveball would be an example of it.

Clinton just got caught with his pants down...he wasn't planning on lying, but then found himself in the position where he felt a lie was the only way to save face with his wife, daughter and a whole nation.

The point being, is that if you want to lie you have to be darn good at it.
