What the hell good is the UN? These "discussions" have been going on for over three years now. "More time" is necessary to "restart discussions"??

VIENNA, Austria (Reuters) -- The U.N. nuclear watchdog is set to endorse an initiative on Thursday to give Iran more time to reach agreement with major powers on its nuclear ambitions.

Word from Iran on Wednesday that it expected to unfreeze dialogue with the European Union has been seized on by members of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), ahead of their board meeting on Thursday, as a sign of flexibility from Tehran after months of digging in its heels.

It's a complete waste of time and effort. Either allow Iran to have a nuclear program or not, and if not punish them for attempting to have one.
