The Iraqi government will decide when they feel they are strong enough to defend the country and they are in the process of doing that now. Read the article you posted to me, it should be apparent to even the simplest of minds what was planned and what is occurring now. Course hate filled minds may not get it. I don't recall myself or you talking about Iraq being " safe " How do you dream up this garbage. The whole world knows and sees on a daily basis that Iraq is one of the least safe places on Earth. To state that when the government of Iraq is strong enough to defend themselves does not mean the country is safe. There is a war going on there in case you didn't notice ...how in hell can you come up with that ridiculous statement...."If it is safe then why is it that US troops are dying on an average of 2 per day."..... It's not safe.... THATS WHY AMERICAN TROOPS ARE THERE AND WHY IRAQI'S AND AMERICANS ARE REBUILDING IRAQS DEFENCES Duhhh
