You are correct they did not have to so. IMO they caved to a special interest group..in this case muslims....

I disagree. It is the business of every American when forced to accommodate any change in their society that requires them to accept another cultures ways of life.

Other cultures should be required to assimilate to their hosts society.... not the other way around.

Look around at the many different cultures in America society that are starting to maintain and live in the ways they did in whatever country they came from.

IMO America became the planets only superpower because they was a process of assimilation....all cultures and all peoples who came to America became one people and this IMO was America's greatest source of achievement and strength. IMO the oneness of America will begin to shatter by different cultures maintaining their old ways of life and bringing to America their old hatreds.

Just look at how today liberal people hate...not just disagree with.... conservative people.

So anyway IMO it IS your business when a different culture manages to change your culture to that of their own....even if it is just a tiny little bit....the bits add up over time and become law.
