SPRL filed 10 SEC documents on Wednesday, preparing the way for some grossly overdue PRs and it's well publicized movement directly to the AMEX by the "..end of the year.." using a 'reverse acquistion' or some other technique. DYODD or DYOBooHoo --- Subject 55071 SPRL (..formerly Elise Corp, then r/m'd as SPRU..) is a Russian O&G effort that has been 15+ years in the making. SPRU did a 13:1 to become SPRL, and went from $0.0022 to $0.03 with no post-r/s tank. Everything was done up-front with advanced advice to the stockhoders. They have never looked back. HOY = $0.35.
