Laz, Give precedence to the word "liked". Past tense. When that thing plowed into the first car I ever owned, I didn't like any part of that car. Patton was a warrior, and would not have been happy without a war to fight, and as you said, America was sick of war. Had they suspected what was really going on behind the iron curtain, they might have thought otherwise.
