Fan has a great property. Who knows what happens in the Mexican courts because the B.S. there has not stopped for over 6 years. Yes, Fan is probably in the right, no the lawsuits have still not gone away. Meantime this is a stock that had 20 mil shares o/s 4 years ago and 29 million tons of delineated resource that Nesbitt Burns once gave an $18 a share NAV to( they also helped finance I think). Don't know if they have more than doubled the resource yet( maybe 3x?) but they have issued so much paper the last few years, that you must wonder to what extent FAN is about developing a resource versus utilizing the public company system to enhance the returns for the insiders and those who participated in the financings.THERE ARE NOW APPROXIMATELY 100 MILLION SHARES OUT AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY FULLY DILUTED. So long as there are legal cases against it in Mexican courts it is unlikely to be sold . Great deposit but I got out 3 years ago as the DILUTION kept coming along with additional new lawsuits. A very frustrating stock, especially as nothing happened the way management told me it would. Good luck with FAN. Cheers, Ogi
