Hi Dan3, I checked out Costco and they offer a two year warranty and free delivery on the 42 inch Dell plasma HDTV. That's better than Dell. They give a one year warranty, and I believe they charge for shipping. The Costco web site said that you get warranty support through Dell. I hate to rely on Dell for support as they are a pain to deal with. Your lead to Costco's web site is greatly appreciated. I'm going over to my local mall and view the television. Dell recently opened a kiosk at the mall. Have a great and happy thanksgiving. Stock Bull
