The only way to do that is for the moderate rights in Canada to vote for the PCs and take control of ridings if you think they are populated by religious right nuts. The vast majority of PC seats are moderate right candidates anyway. Like David Cutler just announced. Why worry about a few extremes. The Libs had their Parrishes. At least Harper will not tolerate corruption. So you don't want to invite Harper to dinner, big deal, I would not want Layton or Martin to dinner either.
