You are welcome. And here is a Chinese article, talking about many Chinese companies now shun away from offering on the US market, especially NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX, due to the extreme high cost and stricter regulations. And also read the ignorant comment made by the new US SEC chairman, it is amazing! What does he know about the end of Qing Dynasty?? Nada!

And many of Chinese companies are afraid of having the same type of experience as LFC, whose multi-million dollar law suit still unsettled (?). And luckily that is a big company, a smaller one would bankrupt after settling that kind of big law suit. They would end up losing more money than gain any.

After all, it is not like they will gain higher value in the US market comparing to HK, Singapore stock market. So why bother with much higher cost, much stricter regulations and much higher risk?

The irony is even if with stricter regulation in the US stock exchange, there are still biggest scandals like Enron, WorldCom.....
