Jason,

Yes the 200 and 50 ( and 21) are good supports. The longer the time frame, the stronger the support.

If I had the profit in that stock as you have, I might let it go, if it pulled back to the 200, but if it dropped anymore, I'd take my profit.

Anything can happen, but more times then not, on a reversal like that, the stock will pull back 50% of the move before it moves up again. Right now, that would be about a $2 pullback. Also a lot of times stocks like that will double bottom, giving the effect of a 'W', before they truely reverse.
