The answer you get for "as soon as possible" could be a few weeks or it could be a decade.

That is right. It could be anything. It could be never. But, the difference is, is that you are trying to get out. You do not want to stay their permanently. You want those that want you out to help get you out.

But, when you are vague about it, when you are trying to deceive people, when you really have intentions of permanently occupying their country, that is when those people get PO'd. That is when you create more terrorists than you can get rid of.
