I'm new to this thread but I follow the discussion about MVSI since April. I bought 2K W at 1.875$ and haven't sell. Did you notice in the last report of insider trader (09/12/97) that 135,000 shares have been bought?? Interesting. More interesting is the purchase date: the latest is on Sept 1st. Close to that date the stock was at +-7$.
I made a summary of all insider transactions since the beg. of the year (see bellow). Could someone tell me if the numbers are accurate?? There are 3 things positive in those transactions.
#1 insiders have recently (july and august) showed their intention to sell in a near future (form #144S)
#2 so far none of them sold their share (as per the latest report of insider trader)
***#3 most insiders (in general) have reported sales transaction made in August in the latest report of insider trader (9/12/97) because transactions must be filed by the 10th day of the month following the trade. Most insiders are diligent, and there are typically more Form 4s filed with the SEC in the second week of the month as insiders rush to meet this deadline. Where was the stock in August???? Between 6.5 and 7$ and no insider sold their shares.
IMO they expect to get more.
