During WWII the nation was fired up, took pride as a nation to send t heir sins and daughters to contain the evil rising tide of Hitler. Iraq is a different story altogether. The nation does not feel that our troops are over there serving a purpose. Both Cindy Sheehan and Rep. John Murtha have asked our President to articulate our purpose in being there. People are wondering if we should send our folks to die to spread democracy in a country which is not desiring that.
