Hi, MF.
This past week I was pondering Pyng, it's current situation and its prospects. I concluded that Michael will not step down UNLESS his replacement is a FOM. I don't think an independent, competent individual has one chance in a hundred of being the new CEO.
I'd sure love to be wrong.
