The "Coalition of the Willing" had and has NO LEGAL STANDING. It is a catchy phrase to describe U.S. and Britain/Australia and word of mouth from a bunch of pip-squeak countries whom the U.S. has solid trading leverage over. How many "coalition of the willing" could (say) China get if it decided that the advance of Communism was being compromised by the U.S.?? We have a world community. We had better acknowledge it and look to dialogue and mutual respect. Smart alecky retorts and vituperous sneers do not protect our people or advance our hopes for freedom. The world is more important than the attention you get on SI through your onanism... The actions of Bush and Company were neither all right nor all wrong. They clearly fulfilled many personal agendas. Let us not condemn them. But let us not surgarcoat them. Let us finish what was started and bring the boys home to a wiser country.
