Thats another and major reason I am closing my accounts. I cant believe our accounts were hacked and our I.D. information was commpromised. Its not acceptable. I called them and the girl I talked to had no information on what was happening. They are not what they used to be when I opened the account a couple of years ago. There is nothing worse than having your privacy invaded especially in todays world. Now I have to worry that some hacker has my information and will use it to screw up my life.
Scottrade dropped the ball big time and should have called us or sent out immediate emails. All they did was send a letter and we dont even know when this all happened.
