You will likely hear more about them in the next few weeks. It is interesting, & the market cap based on the IPO price is 1/10 that of Agouron. I started the thread under the biotech heading since the IPO category IMO is somewhat of a problem - most stocks start out as an IPO, but then they're not, so why not put all stocks - IPO's, etc., under the industry group that is appropriate? There should be a listing in the SEC's Edgar website for Trimeris filings. I expect that some AGPH supporters will suggest that my starting a Trimeris thread is = a suggestion that Trimeris will blow away AGPH, but such a suggestion is not being made. You should come to your own conclusions, but Trimeris is an example of the many avenues of research being done in the HIV area, which does make it tricky to determine the longevity of a specific HIV drug in the marketplace.
