Nearly half a year later and still no housing crash. No deflation. Financial relativity theory is fitting the facts.

We have Big Ben lining up to take over the reins and our great and estimable idol Uncle Al KBE will retire with the world's financial system looking hunky dory, having got interest rates back up again to reasonable levels [or at least not absurdly low levels] after the biotelecosmictechdot.com irrational exuberance bust of Y2K and rapid interest rate declines [after King George II was safely elected - interest rates should have been dropped much sooner but I suppose getting the Republican president elected was part of the script].

jfred, we have been waiting a long time for the mythical deflationary monster. Message 13781912
