Ooops, I now recall... I have an "ooops" too. I actually got up and looked at my driver's license to discover that it expires on my birthday. I didn't realize that. I don't think it's always been that way. For a state with a birthday expiration, eliminating the notification is not as cold as it would be otherwise.
