I had noticed that you don't post on the "gold" threads as much as before and find it quite interesting that your T/A shows the intermediate trend to be positive. I too, believe that the FED is WELL behind the inflation curve and may have just given the XAU trend a nice "goose" with the release of their recent meeting notes. I am concerned, however, that the Central Banks always seem to be able to dull the inflation effect by shifting their gold stockpiles. Actually, I suspect that the massive selling of gold is mostly "smoke & mirrors". There are times when I doubt that the amounts of gold sold are "real"...
