All of it, in general. It's called the "spirit" of the law. I think abortion should remain legal. Tell me, what part of the constitution guarantees that should be the case? This serves to illustrate the irrelevancy of your question. Perhaps you actually think it should be constitutional to count votes in an unfair fashion, but the USSC didn't. You are welcome to your view, whatever that may be.
