Cheney's interest is in preventing idiots within this country from filings law suits and other frivilous litigation without justification in order to disrupt and demoralize the Armed Forces. He wants to prevent the ACDCLU from filing for information on rumor etc etc etc We have adequate investigative response for Internal Affairs. The press hasn't broken any military abuse stories with substance. The Military has broken the cases themselves.
