Well there is obviously no pleasing you. I still have my opinions and I will continue to post them.

You evade the obvious. You don't have an open mind and choose to bash and pump as it suits your agenda.

We shall see soon enough who was right on this one. 30 years they have been trying to get a pipeline. Will likely be another 5-7 at best. My point is will APEX be around that long?

Will the insiders rack up so many bills, consulting fees etc. and then demand ca$h from APEX?

We both know it does NOT have that kind of cash. They cannnot pay $2500 let alone hundreds of thousand or even millions. It would not surprise me the least at the 11th hour, when and if approval occurs for a pipeline, that the insiders and debtors demand the asset as payment in full? I have seen worse events and this is why I post.

Where would that leave the shareholders? Holding an EMPTY bag I am sure.

Not a fact but a possibility when a cmpany keeps running up bills with consultants. Hey , they recdently issued 10% of th efloat to a consultant. Does not take too many of those and they can get shareholder approval to satisfy the debts with the asset.

Think about it.
