I keep hearing the break out is inevitable. That's a red flag to me that we're getting a certain amount of hooie. What outcome in nature is inevitable? The best you can do if you completely understand a system is to give valid odds of a particular outcome. I never see odds attached to stories on this virus. 100% doesn't count as valid odds.
