The info that unclewest is offering at least shows that there are MUCH larger numbers of the past war dead, for a comparison. OK. I get that. Makes sense. FWIW, I saw something on TV just within the last 24 that make the strong point of comparison between Viet Nam dead and Iraq dead so I'm not so sure it isn't being reported. If that's the objective of the piece, then the prominent mention of Democrats is gratuitous innuendo, I suppose...
