And issuing ad hominem attacks when you are requested to clarify your terminology doesn't make your argument stronger. It does make you look like a pinhead. "I don't seem to deny it, I did deny it, without wavering" The "seem" was because on the one hand, you issue a denial, on the other hand, you issue a statement that, on the face of it, goes against the denial. I suppose I can chalk it up to sloppy thinking, but... Maybe part of the problem here is you might be under the impression that Gore had dictated the terms of the recount. AFAIK, that is counter-factual. True, he did request a manual recount, but he didn't set the criteria. Or do you have some reason to feel a manual recount is inherently unfair?
