I am familar with the brewing management at BJ's. Don't venture past the Wheat beer.

It is good to hear that the pizza is good.

Restaurants profits run the range from well run Round Table of 31% pretax. To Applebees of 20% aftertax at the corporate level. A decent brewpub should have at least 15% to 20% in pretax profits. More sucessful brewpubs have 25% profit.

House brewed beer has the same food cost as coffee - at about 5%!
