More info, from Harold S.: I want to say that I also talked to investor relations this afternoon. He was very helpful. He wasn't giving me what sounded like a sales pitch, he was merely telling me how it is. What I got from the conversation is this: 1) Pro Mold....done deal. 2) Semco...done deal. 3) Audit complete 4) Stock restructuring very good possibility at this point 5) Move to OTC:BB awaiting approval by the SEC 6) Shares out 1.8-2 Billion 7) Float- 500 Million Listen folks. I informed everyone what I heard at the airport last week and I am telling it straight like it is now. He told me BY Dec 31st we would have press releases on the Promold and the Semco deals as well as the uplisting to the OTC:BB and the specific, audit approved, financials. he also said that JT doesn't want to do reverse splits, but that they are looking at either retiring or buying back another large chunk of shares. Really now people...does anyone really see a one cent stock when all of this is done?
