I have called the company as recently as yesterday. My concerns are not so much this maze of patent numbers, but more, where are the press releases confirming the closings of the Promold and Semco Deals, as well as confirmation on the audit and the status of the reduction of outstanding shares. I have assured twice that all of the above has taken place or will take place by 12/31/05 and that we are simply in a quiet period waiting on "regulatory issues." We need to wait until all the "I's" have been dotted and the "T's" crossed on the move to the OTC before the flurry of PR's will begin!!
