Ok..thank you for the meat of your thoughts. Have I not read somewhere that this is a common practice in situations where the President/CEO holds soooo many of the outstanding shares and such a large percentage of the company as a whole that it makes sense for financial reasons <Taxes, etc.> that it be held personally? I am guessing the fear you are expressing is that Turek Bankrupts the company, takes his patent and just opens a new company with fresh investors money? I guess, if what you say is true, this is a possibility, but you have to ask yourself: Why now? Has he done anything like that to investors in all these years? We have just completed ProMold and Semco so why would he do that now? Do you think in the absence of news that we could all just be looking for trouble a little tooo hard?
