...at least two of the lead government prosecutors have used the case to springboard their way into the private sector (as defense counsel)...

This is from Breen's bio:

-----
Following the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, Breen served as Coordinator of the Capital Markets Unit of the Terrorist Financing Task Force in Washington, D.C. The unit investigated whether profiteering in the financial markets occurred in anticipation of the Sept. 11 attacks. s-ox.com

Has even a single person anywhere in the entire world ever been convicted of profiteering in the financial markets in anticipation of Sept. 11? Not to my knowledge. Has anyone ever seen a criminal trading case that didn't arise from or cause to arise a related SEC investigation? Not to my knowledge. Has anyone ever seen an SEC case or criminal lawsuit where the guilty party was made to reimburse so-called ill-gotten gains from third parties-- third parties that themselves were never convicted of wrongdoing? I guess Breen needed a trophy case anyhow and Tony served that purpose, but I truly don't think his "work" will hold up to scrutiny.
