Fallows is an AUTHOR not a Military expert. Military experts say the Iraqi army is coming along fine. They lack the resources including transportation equipment, heavy weapons, air force etc to rank as completely ready. But as a guest on Fox just said a few minutes ago, they are now THE SHOOTERS, we will regress to be the suppliers and aiders but our casulties will begin to drop considerably and in a few months our troop levels will begin to drop orderly, and we will turn our equipment over to the Iraqi's as we withdraw and train them to operate and maintain it. jdn
