Shege, RMDY's ARS adaptability: Air New Zealand, for example, tracks in-flight cabin-related incidents. In Maryland the software is used in highway traffic management. United Artists Theatre Circuit Inc tracks vendor maintenance. This is all done with ARS. The other "help desk" vendors you need to buy additional modules(out-of-box) of their software which requires little customization. I am not saying that this is a disadvantage of advantage. I just like RMDY's strategy of having their software used for many corporate purposes instead of just one specific function. Off topic: I am closely watching Vantive, It looks very interesting in the 20's. Paul
