I'd love to see a balanced budget amendment, or any other form of fiscal discipline. It's just not happening with the Republicans in charge. Don't forget, Clinton left a 236 billion dollar budget SURPLUS for Bush. I wish now that he'd just gone ahead and used it to pay down the national debt!
