As for the second part of your post, I guess you were trying to say something about what happened when Clinton was President. This is why the Right sound like hypocrites when they talk about "accountability." Bush had been President for the better part of a year on 9/11/2001. When the Trade Center was attacked the first time, just a few weeks into Clinton's first term, he didn't blame Bush Sr. He got down to business, and the people who orchestrated that attack were quickly found, captured, tried and convicted. - Allen
