No, plainly you are. This is the same issue we discussed before. This guy doesn't agree with you anymore than I did. The general and Rumsfeld disagreed with you too, though they were your supposed sources for seeing it your way.

So, many months less than three years is good enough for you to accept an indication of over three years. Whatever. That's the kind of attention to detail that brought you to your opinion in the first place, IMHO.
