Exactly. Unfair and Unconstitutional go hand in hand. That's the point of our Constitution. Ad Hominem ahead: Are you are still slimy with afterbirth, or what?

Gore and his lawyers wanted to count only counties that they deemed might be favorable to Gore, leaving out recounts in counties where Bush might benefit. Gore did not request a full and fair statewide recount including "overvotes" and the like.

Now, you say that in Florida "the entire vote count should have been recounted." Fair enough.

But how is it that you seem so upset, yelling and such, if Republicans asked for that in a governors race in WA.?

LOL And you are the guy complaining about some imagined discrepancy between unfair and unconstitutional? LOL. Figures. Ad Hominem: Yer just like a babe in the woods, I swear.
