Agreed - Well Put

Last summer the IPO market was just too good for the company to pass up. GSI raised a lot of money at what turned out to be very good prices. Luckily (now) this saves us from the "Death of a thousand dilutive cuts" syndrome.

Mezzanine financing and we didn't even get lettered preferred shares ;)
