John if the Gov't estimate is 4 Billion

...and they represent what?...let's say 20% the problem...

That would be 20 Billion for the entire fix- just a shade under the Gartner Group estimate.

Now lets say that the 4 Billion # from the Gov't department is a little overblown (to replace some equipment easily-I have some family who work for the Gov't and this would not surprise me) Let's say 50% overblown.

I don't short the companies you mention nor do I go long in this sector. I'll stick to shorting the three little pigs ZITL, DDIM & VIAS :o) Oh Ya and the new little S*am the Monk pointed out.
