Creede great Broard! How about some basic education for non mavens like myself. Would anyone explain (simple terms)what exactly are and the differences between A/S, O/S, float,etc. What exactly dilution is... why it is so prevalent, alternatives...I think that there are those out there who have a firmer grip on these fundamentals than me (and maybe others). So, if anyone would be indulgent, lets start off here and bring each other up to speed on this great board. I agree with rruff, this type of board, and it's ideas, can really lead to change as there is strength in numbers. Again, thanks for this board and I look to learning here!
