NYTimes this morning reports that Shimon Peres has left Labor to join Sharons centrist party. I predicted this earlier although i am not sure if i posted it. Two original Israelis joining to bring peace before they die. Unlike Sharon, the Palestinians or at least some key Palestinians view Peres positively. You think Michael that either Michelle Wie will win on the mens tour or Tiger will get a true grand slame before there is a true peace in the Middle East? And if peace is your answer, do you think the 80 year old peres and the grossly overweight sharon and the heart attack prone abbas will live long enough to pull this off?
