One of the most important DD items I look at are the people involved with the company. That's kind of obvious but, not if the company has been sold as a shell one or more times. Often the original creators are still involved, with varying degrees of control. Therefore, a little more digging is needed. I have a growing list of names that, if I see them associated with a company, causes me to immediately rule out the company as an investment. For some time I have wanted to start a site for tracking these names and rating them. Coming up with the rating system and verification methods have kept me busy. Any ideas welcome.
