I did mean to say that I did not think Immunex would risk the
negative publicity (not Roche). I agree that it is possible that
they may come to market at a high ($7,000) price. However, I believe
that even at a lower price Immunex could have an extremely nice run
over the next 3-4 years. At a price of ~$7,000, with no competition
for a while, it could be the most profitable drug in recorded history.
However, I would not bank on it yet.
