Power System Management" assigns the specialists of All-Russian
thermo-technical scientific research institute on the implementation
of the program of development and technical reequipping of power
engineering of Moscow region during the years 2006-2020

On Thursday, 24 November, took place the joint conference of management JOINT STOCK COMPANY
"Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System
Management" and All-Russian thermo-technical scientific research
institute (VTI). At the conference were discussed experience the participations of
specialists VTI in the starting of steam-gas installations (PGU) on
North Western TETS - HEAT AND POWER PLANT (Leningrad region), By Sochi TES and TETs-2 (Kaliningrad region), and also questions of collaboration with the building of new power
units and modernization of those existing.
Within the framework of the program of development and technical
reequipping of power engineering of Moscow region to 200'?2020 yr. JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management" plans the introduction of the new generating
equipment, work of which is based on the steam-gas cycle. Steam-gas installations will help to solve the problem of the scarcity
of power in Moscow and Moscow region, and it is also essential to reduce harmful ejections into the
atmosphere of region.
