As I've said before, the language involved in these issues suck. Is it clear to you that China thinks it's a communist country?
Is it clear to you that China has millionaires?
Is it clear to you that China engages in capitalism?

Therefore, it's clear that 'communism' and 'capitalism' are words that do not explain the reality on the ground. To use simplistic, historical dictionary definitions to discuss a complex reality doesn't work.

I'm for doing the practical thing.

Yes. China is like the unfertilized field. You add fertilizer, capital, and you get a huge increase in crops. Tell that to Republicans who keep wanting to throw more money at the overly fertilized fields of the ultrarich.

Their growth will slow down but, short of internal political meltdown, they will be the world's largest economy in our lifetimes. They're not just manufacturing shirts for Walmart, they're doing R&D for Microsoft.
