These people are trying to ride the wave created by Rock Bottom (symbol: BREW) that started in Boulder.
Rock Bottom owns a chain called Old Chicago that started the format that the one you mention emulates. Rock Bottom's stock has been rock bottom lately as they grew too fast and the personal service they used to give at all their stores went into the crapper once the company went public. BREW has already been there and done that and they can't keep their stock over $9 most of the time. I do know some people at BREW and when the time is right, I will post what I know of that but the market is already captured and growing. The other will have to have priestly service to take a step up over Rock Bottom's Old Chicago chain.
