You know, that was one of the flakiest deals ever. Why the SEC or Spitzer isn't investigating is beyond my understanding, other that that it's a small cap and nobody they knew got hurt when the deal turned out to be a hoax. Here WPTE is at $6.84, but $34 was "insufficient?" <VBG>
